Who is the author?
Meet Traci Mitchell, a seasoned yogi with 18 years of practice over her lifetime, earning her 200-hour CYT in 2023. She also is a certified kids yoga instructor and the co-founder of Boom Sports and Boom Yoga, a youth sports business, alongside her husband since 2010, she seamlessly blends her passion for yoga and empowering young minds into everything she does in life. In her local community, she’s known as the “Beekeeping Yogini Witch Goddess” captivating audiences through her podcast and new book, “Do Yoga, Do You.”
