We won’t just do asana. When you work with me, We also do breath work (pranayama), chakra activation and I will teach you multiple ways of healing yourself by creating daily practice plans and self care rituals.
1-on-1, 90 minute private lessons – $222 per lessons includes 1 hour of yoga and 30 minutes of whatever you are needing like:
- Handstand challenge
- Kettle bell workout
- Ice bath
- Sauna (coming soon)
- Tarot reading
- Go over your Astrology, & human design
or Come to one of my local vinyasa style classes @ Harmonist Sanctuary. Pay What you Can Options: Sliding scale options starting @$5.
