YOGA BINGO is Do Yoga Do You’s new fun challenging way you can work with me and join a community of like minded book reading, hiking yogi’s.
YOGA BINGO is not just a daily yoga challenge, but it is also a bookclub that goes on hikes too.
Each Player Register’s by paying $8 to get your Do Yoga Do You 28-day challenge game board. You will receive a private group chat invite to join the community once I receive your entry fee.

YOGA BINGO is your personal 28 day challenge and community that will help keep you consistent and motivated towards achieving your daily yoga goals each week, each month, each quarter. The Do Yoga Do You Community will be your new support system along the way. I will be your coach and yoga guide online and/or in Denver, CO.
How to play: Send me $8 to receive your Do Yoga Do You Bingo game board. You must complete 4 squares in 28 days for your chance to win a prize. I will donate 10% of the proceeds each quarter to Hobo rescue (A local Denver dog rescue).
Yoga Bingo is also a book club, to encourage my students to have a daily reading practice. So, I recently published my book Do Yoga Do You: Elevating Life with Daily Yoga Practice and Self-Care Rituals and I want my new clients to read this book so they can see how easy it is to start having a daily yoga practice. Once you complete the first yoga bingo game, you will be joining me on the next book of the month, the books will range from self-care to beekeeping to farming to wild craft brewing techniques and more, a list of books coming soon, we will meet virtually once a month to discuss the book, near the full moons)
I also meet once a month in person on new moons to introduce the book of the month

Yoga Bingo is also a hiking group. I love hiking and I want to work with people who want or need to up their time spent in nature, rain, snow, or shine. Nature offers time for true healing and we can connect on a deeper level in a 1-on-1 setting or in a group dynamic depending on each client’s needs, schedule and availability.
How to Play YOGA BINGO:
Step 1: Scan Venmo QR code below, SEND ME $8 to get your YOGA BINGO invite and game board.
Step 2: Join the “Signal” Community via text 970-279-1787 to get started.
Step 3: Complete 4 Squares on the Do Yoga Do You BINGO game board within 28 days of purchasing your game board. You must create a “Yoga-Bingo” with 4 squares, in a horizontal or vertical line of 4, diagonal lines work/ or the the 4 corners work too, and be entered into win a prize (Prize: $50 Value, 30 servings of Tri-Mag by myempirica.com) and Blackout the game board in 28 days and be entered to win a private lesson with me (value $222) or 1 hour zoom coaching call ($88 value)
